The Pearl Theater and GROW! part of this year’s Idaho Gives campaign

This year both local nonprofits, The Pearl Theater and GROW! Gardeners for Regional Organic Wellbeing, are participating in a statewide giving movement called Idaho Gives!

This Idaho Nonprofit Center-sponsored 24-hour event unites Idaho by creating awareness and support for organizations that are doing amazing things in our communities. And in this, their seventh annual Idaho Gives, the Idaho Nonprofit Center has added many new exciting categories for prizes (from first donation received to the most distant online global giver!) so each donation you make actually has the potential to increase revenue for your favorite organization to win extra prize money!

Get ready to give back! On Thursday, May 2, starting at one minute past midnight Mountain Standard Time (that’s 11:01 p.m. for our Pacific Standard Time!), visit either the Pearl Theater website at www.thepearltheater.org (just double click on the “Donate on May 2nd” button!), or go to www.idahogives.org and use the search box to type in “The Pearl Theater” or “GROW!” (or both!) to show your local support. You will have 24 hours to make your donation, and all giving will end at 11:59:59 p.m. on May 2.

If online giving isn’t your thing, you can also drop in May 2 at 7 p.m. at The Pearl Theater for Open Mic Night, where every donation $5 or greater for The Pearl earns the donor the opportunity to ring their bell!

Remember, no donation is too small — donation amounts start at $10, and they all add up to help make Boundary County a better place. Thank you all for your support in spreading the word about the Idaho Gives campaign - together let’s make history on Thursday, May 2nd!
