She was born Jan. 27, 1946, in Liverpool, England, to Jack and Gladys (Dodman) White. She graduated high school at the age of 15 in Liverpool, England.

She later married William George Gray McGregor on Oct. 21, 1967, who preceded her in death in 2010; they moved to Erie, Pa., in 1970. In 1972, she gave birth to twin daughters, Alexandra and Carolyn McGregor.

She worked as a fine jeweler at Dahlkempers and later for herself after receiving her degree from Behrend University in 1981. Previously she worked in England as a secretary, truck driver and a florist.

Barbara lived life to the fullest; spending time spoiling her four grandchildren, Riley, 15, Hunter, 14, Sydney, 20 and Vienna, 10. She also enjoyed reading, crossword scratch tickets and watching TV. She especially loved the Hallmark channel and QVC.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Jim and Jeff Stanch; and her four grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and friends. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her to be with her Lord and Savior.
