I want to share a positive experience. I had a flat to fix yesterday, how many years since that has happened? The good news was it went flat inside my dry, somewhat warm garage. I took it off and took it to the local Les Schwab. Dropped it off, went to lunch, returned to find it ready to mount.

NO CHARGE. Even the young man who loaded the tire into the back of my truck refused a gratuity. This kind of customer service we don’t see much anymore. Good job guys!
