James M. Carter, 82, formerly of Baker County, Oregon, passed away on February 15, 2025, in Fairbanks, Alaska.

A celebration of life will be held at the Medical Springs Fire Department in Medical Springs, Oregon, on May 31, 2025, at 2 p.m. Following the celebration of life, a graveside committal of his urn will be held at Medical Springs Pioneer Cemetery.
