100 Years Ago The funeral of Albert French, who dropped dead Saturday afternoon at the Simonds Drug Store corner, was held Monday afternoon at the Stookey Undertaking Parlors, the services being conducted by Rev. A.A. Morton interment was held in the Grandview Cemetery. French had recently worked at Perry Wilson’s logging camp in the Leonia district.
