Future Badger Cheer Camp offered Oct. 4

Print Article

This fun-filled camp is for boys and girls grades kindergarten through sixth grade, to learn tumbling skills, stunting, chants, cheers, and a performance routine. Only $35 to pre-register and includes instruction, snack, Badger T-shirt, sparkly bow (or headband), and admission to two Badger varsity events: The first home varsity football game on Oct. 4. and the first home varsity cross country meet on Oct. 5.

This is the primary fundraiser for the BFHS Cheer Team to earn money for their uniform and competition costs, as well as school spirit promotion! We want to thank our Future Badger Cheer Camp sponsors 9B Industrial and Peaches & Bows for their donations towards camp costs, and we welcome any other sponsors that would like to help the team with costs (snacks, waters, T-shirts, paints, paintbrushes) associated with hosting this awesome cheer camp!

Registration forms are available at all BCSD Schools starting Sept. 18. Pre-registrations ($35) due by Sept. 27, late registrations ($40) will be accepted through Oct. 4. Siblings receive a $5 discount!

Camp will be held at the BFHS Gym on Friday, Oct. 4, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. where the BFHS Cheer Team with the help from the BCMS Cheer Team will instruct the youth in cheerleading activities and games. Participants will be given the opportunity to perform what they’ve learned during the first half of the varsity football game on Friday night and the cross country meet on Saturday morning, and perform their routine at halftime of each event!

The BFHS and BCMS Cheer Teams look forward to interacting with the youth of our community and sharing their love of the sport of cheerleading!

Please feel free to contact the BFHS Cheer Coaches, Andria Hedrick or Nicole Fitch with any questions.
