BFHS volleyball senior Victoria Rae nets all-Intermountain League honors

The All-Intermountain League 3A Volleyball Team was announced at the conclusion of the district tournament championship game on Oct. 24 at Kellogg High School.

Victoria Rae, a senior and outside hitter for Bonners Ferry High School, earned team membership in recognition of her play all season. Rae was also an All-League team member her junior year and is a three-year varsity starter for the Badgers.

Megan MacKinney, a senior at Coeur d’Alene Charter Academy, was named Most Valuable Player. Coach of the Year recognition was shared between Cindy Beyer of Coeur d’Alene Charter Academy and Stephanie Brunner of Kellogg High School. All-league team members also include Natalie Randolph, Maggee Pankoke, and Harlee Meek from Priest River Lamanna High School; Hailey Cheney, Cierra Brandt, and Jaron Figueroa from Kellogg High School; and Brooke Jessen and Kylie Marneris from Timberlake High School.
