According to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Libby Dam, outflow for the Kootenai River will remain at 9 kcfs through Sept. 26, and then ramp down 1 kcfs per day starting Friday evening. Final outflow will be 6 kcfs for the remainder of the month.
