Thanks to the Idaho Old Time Fiddlers

We would like to thank the Idaho Old Time Fiddlers for the wonderful performance at our November Boundary County Historical Society meeting.

The group — Doris Howard, Ruthie Hogland, Barry Coleman, Janet Sapp, Eleanor Erickson, Earl Stephens and Jim McCalmant — played a variety of dance tunes from the days past.

Elder Bascom was our surprise guest fiddler who played several tunes with the group.

The range of waltzes new and old; such as the Tennessee Waltz to Allan MacDonald's Preservation Waltz, kept everybody's feet tapping. The range of the tunes jumped from jugs to reels.

The Idaho Old Timer Fiddlers always leaves the audience asking for more.

We look forward to next year's concert.
