On October 25, 2006 in Bonners Ferry, Idaho under the care of Hospice, her family, and the caring staff at the local hospital, Lynn M. Truesdell's angels took her home to heaven.

Lynn was born October 13, 1952 in Bonners Ferry to Joyce Peterson of Bonners Ferry, and Warren Truesdell of Hayden. Lynn loved being a resident of Bonners Ferry, and was her entire life. Her involvements in the community were: Friends of Restorium, Humane Society, Eagles Auxiliary, Red Hat Society, Mirror Lake Women's Golf Association, Women's Bowling League, Community Soft Ball League, and Job's Daughters. Her special interests were her friends and family, house plants, gardening, travel, local drives and hikes on back roads in the area, her animals, swimming, floating the Moyie and Kootenai Rivers, horse back riding, reading, music, fine dining and shopping. Her true passion was being "Grandma."

Lynn graduated from Bonners Ferry High School in the Class of 1970, and went on for further education at the University of Idaho where she was a member of the Delta Gamma Sorority. She then attended the Kinman Business College earning and associates degree as a Dental Hygienist. Lynn gave birth to her beloved son Jason Whittaker of Bonners Ferry in 1974 while married to Tim Whittaker, also of Bonners Ferry. She was employed at Safeway. In 1980 she wed Jan Andrews Perciwall, who preceded her in death, and they worked together at KBFI Radio Station. In 1984 her life was forever changed with the diagnosis and on-going challenges from associated effects of, and being a long term survivor of Ovarian Cancer. She will always stand as an example of strength, bravery, and as an indomitable spirit. In death she gave the gift of eyesight as a donor.

Survived by her husband, Bill Mostek, her journey with him the past twenty-one years has been one of love, celebration, partnership, spiritual exploration, self examination, and gratitude. Lynn is also survived by her mother, Joyce Peterson, of Bonners Ferry; her father, Warren Truesdell and his partner Dorothy Schmidt , of Hayden; her son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Niki Whittaker and their cherished children, Olivia, Micah and Ethan Whittaker of Naples; her brother and sister-in-law, Eric Truesdell and Jeri Witt of Paradise Valley; brother, Mark Truesdell of Ft.
