Sentence delivered gross misjustice

Re: Nov. 9, "Davis gets probation."

What kind of justice tells someone after being thrown into a burning fire that the person who victimized her is just stupid and can basically walk away without any consequences? Ms. Fleck was victimized again by the prosecutor and judge who were appointed to protect us and uphold justice. What kind of message does a judge send society when she states a person who says the words, "Jews burn," followed by a real person being thrown into a real fire that could have killed her, did not have the intent of a hate crime and did not deserve punishment. Not only did Ilaura Fleck and her family receive gross injustice but we all did and that should anger us all.
