Comp plan article was not responsible journalism

The Herald's article on Aug. 16 on the comprehensive plan is an opinion piece, presented (partially) in the first person and using judgmental language, but presented by the paper as a news article. Also, there is no byline, which is a serious disservice to readers. As well, the article was written at least partly by its subject. None of this is responsible journalism.
