BFHS junior class fundraising continues

| February 9, 2007 8:00 PM

The junior class parents are busy fundraising for the senior class graduation party which will be held on Saturday, June 2 at the Bonners Ferry High School.

It takes a lot of effort, by a lot of people, to raise the necessary dollars to make this traditional event a continued success.

In January, a successful auction was held at a high school basketball game.

We'd like to thank the donors, buyers and the people who worked at the auction.

Then, we started off February by serving tasty food at the popular Gun & Horn show at the Boundary County fairgrounds.

We'd like to thank the school food service staff as well as, those who donated food, dessert makers, pie bakers and Boundary Trading Company for giving a discount on the food items purchased.

Our next meeting will be held Feb. 20 at 6:30 p.m., at the high school library. Everyone, not just junior class parents, is encouraged to attend.

The class of 2007, just like every class before and after, deserves to have the best and safest graduation party possible. For more information, call me at 267-4444.
