| July 13, 2007 9:00 PM

The Boundary County Adult Soccer league finished it's regular season a couple of weeks ago and had their final tournament on Sunday June 17.

The regular season had Far North Outfitters undefeated after eight games with Thompson Chiropractic Center running a very close second and South Hill Chevron in third. In fourth place Creston, BC Crossfire held the fourth place position while an energetic Northwest Academy team came in fifth.

Over a 10 week span the five teams played 16 regular league games, and seven tournament games to put a great finish to the season.

After the tournament, Thompson Chiropractic Center earned a 1st place spot by beating Far North in the championship game. South Hill Chevron came out ahead against Creston, BC to finish the tournament with a respectable 3rd place.

All the players would like to thank their sponsors for their generous support.

Summer soccer is now kicking off with an open adult/co-ed, anyone interested (14 & older) is invited to show up & play Sunday evenings at 6 p.m. on the Bonners Ferry High School soccer field. The players will have a pick-up game.

Eighth graders to high seniors are invited to participate in scrimmage sessions on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. at the high school soccer field.
