Matthew Allen Pedey-Braswell is looking very happy as he celebrated his first birthday on May 28 in Tacoma, Wash. His parents are John and Carla Pedey-Braswell. His paternal grandparents are Dennis and Celeste Braswell of Renton, Wash., and maternal grandparents are Harv and Karen Pedey of Bonners Ferry. Matthew has a paternal great-grandparent, Charles Florence of Mill City, Ore.
