Grace Edna Norman, 89, passed away on June 2, 2007. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 8, 2007 at 1 p.m. at the English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. Visitation is June 7, 2007 from Noon-7 p.m. at the English Funeral Chapel, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, burial to follow service at Forest Cemetery, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

Grace was born March 6, 1918 to Fred Jantz and Lena (Schmidt) Jantz in Protection, Kansas. Grace moved to Bonners Ferry, Idaho in 1941. Married Paul Norman in 1942 in Sandpoint, Idaho. Grace was a clerk at Lindsay Helmar Hardware in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. Grace was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Coeur d' Alene.

She enjoyed gardening and loved music and crocheting. They moved to Coeur d' Alene, Idaho in 1985. Grace is survived by her loving daughters Joyce Hilderbrand and husband Bill of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, Laura Bennett and husband Jim of Bonney Lake, Wash., Granddaughters: Arlene (Mark) Joseph, Melinda (Jeff) Webb and Cheryl Spurgeon, grandson, Mark Spurgeon. Seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Norman in December 2000 and Brothers Alva Jantz and Glen Jantz, Sisters Audra Concannon and Esther O'Meara.
