Community contests Krohmer's retirement plans

The Moyie citizens, claiming blatant audacity on the part of Postmaster Roy Krohmer, are demanding the 54-year-old with 36 years on the job ditch his plans of retirement and keep on working!

And they aren't being coy about the matter either! Signatures currently numbering nearly 300, have been signed in his Moyie Post Office Lobby…Literally in his face!

The petitions, whose legality is highly questionable, are nonetheless causing some stress and sweating, indeed some pressure on Roy who in his 14 years at Moyie has worn a perpetual smile!

And the written bylines, "YOU CAN'T LEAVE," and "You're a STINKER if you LEAVE," could for the sake of poor Roy's nerves indeed keep him working. STAY tuned as the Hog tying continues.
