Paul Gene Unruh, 78

Paul Gene Unruh, 78, passed away Friday, Sept. 14, 2007, at Sunbridge Nursing Home in Twin Falls.

Paul as born Aug. 6, 1929, in Copeland to Edward and Minnie Unruh.

He spent his early years in Kansas before moving to Bonners Ferry.

Paul married the former Virginia Decker on Nov. 25, 1956, in Halstead, Kansas. They shared life's joys and sorrow together for more than 50 years.

The couple in 1974 moved to Buhl, Idaho.

Paul loved working with wood, being a carpenter by trade. This occupation brought him into contact with many people and won him many friends.

Paul was a member of Church of God in Christ Mennonite in Buhl.

He was a kind and patient man.

Paul is survived by sons Kenneth and his wife, Virginia, of Bonners Ferry and Bruce and his wife, Vickie, of Buhl; a daughter, Susan Koehn and her husband, Roland, of Buhl.

Funeral was held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, at the Church of God in Christ Mennonite in Buhl.
