Call of the Wild Woodworks, Custom Painting opens in Bonners Ferry

A new construction and painting business, Call of the Wild Woodworks and Custom Painting, has opened in Bonners Ferry.

Owner Josh Wortley will build furniture, do house framing, remodels, any kind of house painting, commercial work and build decks. He also carries taxidermy supplies, redoes rifle stocks and makes lamps, shelves and coat hangers.

“Anything you can come up with I can build it,” said Wortley, a Bonners Ferry resident for 21 years. “I love to do it.”

He has been doing carpentry for 10 to 12 years.

At this time Wortley is not employing anyone but plans to hire up to two people, depending on how busy he gets.

“There is no job too big or small,” said Wortley.
