• Eric E. Fredrickson, 37, will pay $399 in fines, $100 in court costs and $100 in restitution, be placed on two years probation, have a suspended driver's license for 90 days and serve 16 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a Jan. 6 drinking and driving arrest. Fredrickson also will pay $500 in fines and $85 in court costs, be placed on two years probation and serve two days in jail after pleading guilty to a Jan. 3 battery.

• Tate Thiel, 31, will pay $649 in fines and $100 in court costs, be placed on two years probation, have a suspended driver's license for 90 days and serve 30 days in jail after pleading guilty to a Jan. 6 drinking and driving arrest.

• Kathy E. Rice, 40, will pay $649 in fines, $100 in court costs and $100 in restitution, be placed on two years probation, have a suspended driver's license for one year and serve 29 days in jail after pleading guilty to a Jan. 22 drinking and driving arrest. Rice will also pay $24 in fines, $75 in court costs and $100 in restitution after pleading guilty to having an open container of alcohol.

• Cliff R. Kramer, 56, will pay $192 in fines and $93 in court costs, be placed on one year probation and have a suspended hunting license for one year after pleading guilty to unlawful possession of wildlife for a Dec. 28 incident.

• James Potter, 23, will pay $399 in fines and $100 in court costs, have a suspended driver's license for 180 days and serve four days in jail after pleading guilty to driving without privileges for Feb. 23 arrest.

• A 15-year-old will pay $70 in court costs, be placed on one year probation and serve two days in detention after pleading guilty to a Dec. 3 theft.

• A 16-year-old will pay $70 in court costs, be placed on two years probation and serve 15 days in detention after pleading guilty to a Feb. 6 theft. The teenager also will pay $70 in court costs after pleading guilty to a Feb. 7 theft.
