Mildred Whitney

Former Bonners Ferry resident Mildred Whitney, 89, passed away Nov. 10, 2007.

Inurnment will take place next spring in California.

Mildred was born Sept. 8, 1918, and moved to Bonners Ferry in 1971. She remained here until her health forced her to move 25 years later to California.

Mildred is survived by four daughters, Sharon Lopez of Wittier, Calif., Marie Mowery of San Clements, Calif., Anita Vetsch of Black Hawk, S.D., and Denise Rengifo of Oceanside, Calif.

'She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin, in 1989.
