Dayne Swisher placed first and Jeremiah Solt placed third during Saturday's 6th annual KWAL George Wild Memorial tournament in Kellogg.

On Thursday, Jan. 24, Bonners Ferry lost to Kellogg 52-28. Winners were Reid Boorman weighing 103, Jeremiah Solt weighing 125, Trevor Hampton weighing 130 and Dayne Swisher weighing 140.

Bonners Ferry also wrestled American Falls on Thursday and lost 76-6. Winners were Swisher.

On Friday, Bonners Ferry lost to Priest River 59-13. Winners were Boorman, Solt, Hampton and Swisher.

Bonners also lost to Lake City on Friday 30-6. Winners were Swisher and Joe Neumeyer.

Bonners Ferry will be having its only home match for the year today, Jan. 31. Matches will be starting at 5 p.m. at Bonners Ferry High School. Bonners Ferry will be wrestling Kellogg and Lakeland.

On Friday Feb. 1, Bonners Ferry will begin wrestling at 5 p.m. against Timberlake. Round robin matches between Bonners Ferry, Orofino, Timberlake and Lake City will follow.

Saturday, Feb. 2, teams from Orofino, Lake City, Priest River, Kellogg, St.Maries and Bonners Ferry will start wrestling at 9 a.m.
