Join Community Appreciation Celebration this Saturday

at Bonners Visitors Center

A Community Appreciation Celebration is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 16, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Bonners Ferry Visitor Center.

The event will be sponsored by the Horizons Project. The Horizon committee assigned to "Building Community Strengths" would like to extend an invitation to all members of our community to express our appreciation for your contributions and dedication to the betterment of our community. The mission of the Horizons Project is summed up in the vision statement.

Bonners Ferry is a relaxed, alive, and inviting rural community that values its youth. We promote open communication to keep our community connected. We value our citizens and strive to preserve our quality of life. We prize education and recreational opportunities.

As a unique destination for visitors we promote exploration of our natural landscape.
