Five Badgers to play All-Star game

Bonners Ferry High School seniors Sam Kelly, Camille Robertson and Sam Hiatt will play for the West Girls during the annual District One All-Star basketball game Friday, March 8, at the Mullan Pavilion.

Representing the Badger boys will be seniors A.J. Bennett and Ryan Winebark.

Teams are made up of squads from the five North Idaho classifications in the District One Area.

There will be a three-point contest at halftime of both the boys and girls games with a slam-dunk competition at halftime of the boys game.

The girls will tip off at 6 p.m. with the boys to follow at 7:45.

A $100 scholarship will be awarded to the MVP recipient in both the boys and girls game.
