Major need for adoptive families

In 2005, 1,215 children were cared for in out-of home placements as a result of child abuse or neglect in North Idaho.

There is a critical need for foster and adoptive families who will care for children with special needs. There is also a need for families who are able to care for siblings.

Financial reimbursement for the care of foster children is available to licensed foster families throughout the state of Idaho.
