Football team loses 29-0 to Orofino

Bonners Ferry High School’s football team closed out the season with a 29-0 Intermountain League loss to Orofino on Friday.

The Badgers were 0-5 in league play and 2-6 for the season.

Orofino scored on a 53-yard pass followed by a successful kick to make it 7-0 in the second quarter. At the half, Orofino led 15-0 after a 4-yard touchdown run followed by a 2-point conversion.

In the third quarter, the Maniacs scored on a 65-yard run, putting Orofino ahead 22-0.

Orofino scored on a 6-yard run in the fourth quarter. The kick was good.
