• Randall W. Ellson, 51, will pay $900 in fines and $150 in court costs, be placed on two years probation, have a suspended driver’s license for 90 days and serve 30 days in jail after pleading guilty to a July 13 arrest for driving under the influence.

• Aaron M. Martin, 20, will pay $75 in fines and $75 in court costs, be placed on one year probation and have a suspended driver’s license for 90 days after pleading guilty to being a minor in possession of alcohol on Sept. 20.

• Robert W. Thompson, 48, will pay $295 in fines and $75 in court costs after pleading guilty to exceeding the maximum gross load weight on Oct. 8.

• Daniel K. Kennick, 37, will pay $200 in fines and $86 in court costs after pleading guilty to possessing wildlife on Oct. 17 that wasn’t properly tagged.

• Casey J. Becker, 24, will pay $25 in fines and $78 in court costs after pleading guilty to unlawfully passing a school bus on Oct. 28.

• Paul H. Schoening, 58, will pay $44 in fines and $75 in court costs after pleading guilty to failing to wear a seat belt in a commercial vehicle on Nov. 6.

• A 17-year-old will pay $24 in fines and $75 in court costs after pleading guilty to being a minor in possession of tobacco on Oct. 3.
