Rape suspect found in Oregon

A man suspected of raping a 13-year-old girl was arrested on Sunday in Albany, Ore.

Gary Lies Jr., 35, of Moyie Springs was turned in by the victim's family on Sept. 1 for allegedly raping the girl one day earlier.

Once officials determined Lies' identity, he fled the state.

A national wide alert also was put out for Lies.

He will be charged with rape and lewd conduct with a minor under 16.

Lies is currently being held in the Linn County Sheriff's Office in Albany.
