• A daughter was born to Chris and Rachel Young of Grangeville on July 22, 2008, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Cottonwood.

Ruby Anne Young weighed 8 pounds and was 21 inches long.

She joins a brother Tucker, 11 months.

Maternal grandparents are Russell and Beverly Docherty of Bonners Ferry.

Paternal grandparents are the late Jerry and Brabara Young of Sheridan, Mont.
