Sale scores 4 TDs in Timberlake loss

Bonners Ferry senior Javi Sale scored four touchdowns, including one on a 34-yard run, during the Badgers’ 54-26 loss to Timberlake on Friday.

Bonners Ferry is 0-3 in Intermountain League play and 2-4 overall. The Badgers at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17, will play Timberlake on the road.

Against Timberlake, Sale scored the first touchdown on 5-yard run in the first quarter. Colton Watt’s kick was good.

Sale scored on a 7-yard run in the second quarter and Watt’s kick was good. Sale also scored on the 34-yard run in the second quarter. Watt’s kick failed.

Sale scored his final touchdown in the fourth quarter on an 11-yard run.
