Widdifield-Tyler engagement

Steven and Darlene Widdifield of Bonners Ferry and Ricky and Debbie Tyler of Rabun County, Ga., and Terri and Harry Barker of Hall County, Ga., announce the engagement of their children, Samuel Gene Widdifield and Kristina Kay Tyler, both of Cookeville, Tenn.

The groom-elect graduated from Bonners Ferry High School in 1997. He spent four years in the U.S. Air Force and is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University, where he earned a degree in biology.

The bride-elect is also a graduate of Tennessee Technological University, where she earned a degree in nursing.

The couple will wed at 4 p.m. Saturday, April 25, 2009, at DelMonaco Winery and Vineyard in Baxter,Tenn.
