Article provided false information

A+ Pro On-Site submits correction to the blatantly false article about Boundary Computers in last week’s newspaper.

Although their efforts are to be commended in finally obtaining CompTIA certification, they are not the only ones in the county to hold this beginner certification, just the latest newcomers to a field filled with professionals.

The article stated that they are “the only business to have the certification in North Idaho and Spokane, Wash.,” which is obviously not true. There are many who hold certifications in this area, Sandpoint, North Idaho and Spokane as well as having higher level college and university degrees in computers.

I have been in business in this area since 1996 and Boundary Computer knows I have these certifications as well as many other higher certifications and degrees to include microcomputer engineering from the University of California, consumer electronics from the Willmar Technical Collage, ISCET International certification as well as journeyman level A+ Professional Certification and Network+ Certification… plus over 40 years hands-on experience.

When a company makes false claims and misleads the public, their services are suspect.

This is not the first time I have had to write a rebuttal to Boundary Computers’ false claims. Each time a new newspaper staff takes over at The Herald, they unknowing print the falsehoods promoted by Boundary Computers whose goal is to malign the other longer established computer businesses in the area.
