Jon Pluid and Jennelle Allen

Jon Pluid of Bonners Ferry and Jennelle Allen of Mountain View, Calif., will marry Saturday Aug. 22, in the Oakland California Temple. 

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Brad and Danielle Brown and Lewis Allen, all of Mountain View California.

Her fiance’ is the son of Ron and Becky Pluid grandson of Cliff Kroeger and Carol Pluid all of Bonners Ferry.

After graduating from Bonners Ferry High School on 2004, he attended Brigham Young University Idaho for one year before serving a two-year mission for the church of Jesus Christ of Later-day Saints in Chile.  He has continued his education at BYU Idaho, wherehis fiance’ is also a student.

There will be an open house from 6 to 8 p.m.  Saturday Aug. 29, at the home of Ron and Becky Pluid in Paradise Valley.
