Jill then worked for Boundary Community Hospital in home health department, beginning in about 1988.

Jill helped her grandparents with medical issues in their later years and their daily life beginning in about 1992 until their death.

She played lead guitar and sang in a local country band on weekends from 1983 through 1992.

Jill’s life was made complete on Nov. 6, 2002 when her grandson, Gage, was born. Gage was the highlight of her life. She looked forward to her weekly "granny" visits and patterned her entire life around them.

Things that meant a lot to Jill were her children and grandson first and foremost. husband/relationship, her parents and grandparents, her friends and acquaintances, and her town, Bonners Ferry, Boundary County.

This was her “home.”
