Phoenix Project

The Phoenix Project will hold a free luau for teenagers from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 16, at Boundary County Fairgrounds.
Prizes will be awarded for best Hawaiian outfits. There will be a barbecue, music and door prizes.
