Set record straight

Just to set the record straight, the Bonners Ferry Herald first reported that the city attorney, Tim Wilson’s salary increase was voted for unanimously by city council.

In the next issue, the Herald corrected that statement.  For those of you who didn’t see it, the vote was 3 for and 1 against.  The one against was Connie Wells, my wife.

Regardless of your opinion on this matter or any other, we are entitled to know how our elected officials vote.
