The dinner my wife and I and our good friends, Gary and Gayle, had on Valentine’s Day at Papa Byrd’s Bistro was second to none.
Mark Truesdell, an owner and head chef, and the rest of the Bistro staff went overboard to fix the most incredible feast we’ve had anywhere in Idaho. The service was the best.
Bonners Ferry should be grateful to have such a wonderful place to eat and I hope we will all continue to support this terrific restaurant. Papa Byrd’s also makes the best pizza in northern Idaho and has wonderful specials daily.
