Vogl chosen as employee of the year by U.S. Border Patrol

A Bonners Ferry woman has been chosen as Employee of the Year for the 

U.S. Border Patrol’s Spokane Sector

Rhonda Vogl, a mission support specialist for the Bonners Ferry Border Patrol Station, has been with the agency since July 2006.  Vogl has improved  organizational effectiveness of the station.

She also has been integral to the success of the Border Patrol Citizens Academy in Bonners Ferry, a community outreach program that is

designed to educate citizens about the many aspects of the Border Patrol, including its history, mission, and operations. The Bonners Ferry Station has produced over 50 graduates from the program in the past two years.

In August ,  Vogl coordinated a Law Enforcement Charity Golf Tournament, which raised $4,386 that benefited Boundary County Cancer Support Group.
