Funeral services for Marjorie Anna Widener will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, May 23, at Bonners Ferry Funeral Home.

Marjorie, 103, passed away Jan. 19, 2009, at Boundary County Nursing Home in Bonners Ferry.

Private burial was held at Grandview Cemetery, Bonners Ferry.

Marjorie was born July 24, 1905, in Kearney, Neb., to William and Leona Mott Knaggs. She lived on a farm in Broadwater, Neb.

On Oct. 1, 1926, she married Lovell R. Widener. They moved to Bonners Ferry in May 1979.

Survivors include daughter-in-law Anne Widener; grandsons Arthur and his wife, Gloria, Ross and his wife, Jeannette; great-grandsons Tyler, Josh, Brandon and Bryant; and great-granddaughter Jordan.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband, sons Lovell Jr. and Charles Clair, sisters Lillie Johnson and Peggy Pinkerton, and brother Jim Knaggs.
