Here's what I know

Here’s What I Know

I know my father and uncles did not fight and die in World War II for the United States of America I live in today.

What do you know about how a World War II soldier, alive or dead, might think regarding the huge government bureaucracy that now controls its citizens in the country they fought and died for? They have truly fought in vain.

I know enough to figure out that when the person who holds regularly scheduled public meetings in a small community has to “check with his lawyer” to make sure he can hold the meeting the way he wishes to—there is something wrong with that picture.  If there is nothing to hide, don’t bother checking with the law, just talk truth and answer questions openly and honestly. No need to fear the truth, right? Quite simple, really.

I know that millions upon millions of citizens all over this county are getting tired of being dictated to by elected public servants.  I am one of those citizens. When those same elected persons stoop to “name calling” and other types of “dirty politics,” they merely show their own true colors.

I know that when I personally listened to the tape of the recent county commissioners’ meeting for myself, I realized that the name calling was unfounded: The Capursos talk truth. Since I do not advocate, “name calling,” you may decide for yourself if calling the Capursos liars was an honest and fair-minded thing to do. It was not.  The 17 minute, 20 second article was true.

I know my father and uncles loved America and so do I.  Do you?
