Mom proud of son stationed in Ft. Hood
The spouses, children, dads, mom and extended families along with our soldiers who are true super heroes.
They pray and wait for their loved one to come home. Home is where each one comes back to feel welcomed and rested.
For Hood was the biggest military compound with the greatest military personnel working in the world. This is the place that should be the safest play away from the enemy.
My son, Patrick, gave a vow to serve his country with honor, dignity and sacrifice, to defend the rights of all people who live within this Godly land of ours.
My son, Patrick, was not killed, yet was all feel the loss of the soldiers who were. Our hearts grieve and mourn for the loved ones of the fallen.
We pray for the wounded, pray for the healing of body, soul and spirit. Some day the enemy will be conquered. Some day there will be peace.
Yet until then, we have brave men and women who will serve faithfully for us because they are soldiers.
I’m very proud of my captain son, all the soldiers and their families. They are the super heroes of any time — day or night.
