The East L.A. Strikers had the high series game of 688 during Sunday Moonshiners League play on Oct. 25.
White Lightening had an 872 for HHG, 1910 for HSS and a 2516 for HHS.
Lillie Jimenez had the HSG of 171 and HHG of 228. MaryAnn Dinning had the HSS of 443 and Nina Saunders had the HHS of 612.
For the men, Buster Richards was on top with his 212 HSG, 247 HHG and 559 HSS. League newcomer Jon Rogers had a 705 for the HHS.
Bowlers with doubles were Lil Jimenez, Tom Florea, Roger Miller, Everet Kittell, Rogers, Dinning, Jeanie Richards, Burt Eberly, Andy Scott with two, Lyle Kittell with three, and Buster Richards with four.
Those having a turkey were Buster Richards, Willie Jimenez, Lyle Kittell, Everet Kittell and Rogers. The Kittells each had a 4-Bagger.
Rogers picked up a 3-10 and 5-10 split; Frank Miller picked up a 5-6 two times; Roger Miller got a 2-7; and Nancy Bornemann got 2-7. Also Lil Jimenez got a 7-8, Tom Florea got a 3-10; Karry Tanner got a 2-5-7 and a 3-10; and Jeanie Richards got a 3-10.
In action from Oct. 18, the Gutter Rats took most of the high scores. The team’s HSG was 706, HSS was 2,034 and HHS was 2,577. The East L.A. Strikers had a 903 for HHG.
Leading the women was Sherri Miller, having the HSG of 207, HSS of 468 and HHG of 253. Saunders had the HHS with a 670.
Kevin Stockton had the HSG of 237 and HSS of 652. Tom Florea had the HHG of 238, and Jerry Jimenez Jr. had a 665 for HHS.
Those having 200 games were Everet Kittell (202/211), Tom Florea (203) and Stockton (223). Those having a 500 series were Tom Florea (558), Everet Kittell (580) and Jerry Jimenez Jr. (500).
Doubles were bowled by Everet Kittell, Jerry Jimenez Jr., Willie Jimenez, Stockton, George Miller, Sherri Miller, Roger Miller and Marcia Miller; Saunders, Tom Florea and Terry Jimenez, all two; and Jerry Jimenez Sr., three.
Those having turkeys were Tom Florea with three, Stockton with two, and Everet Kittell, Jerry Jr. Jimenez, Willie Jimenez and Sherri Miller with one. Everet Kittell also had four in a row and Stockton had eight in a row.
Splits were picked up by Saunders (4-5), Marcia Miller (3-10), and Frank Miller (3-10).
The Bonners Ferry bowling tournament will be Nov. 14 and 15 with three-man teams.
Participants can pre-register or sign up at the tournament. Participants must have a USBC card.
The Old Town Tournament will be held Nov. 21 and 22; the registration deadline is Nov. 6.
Tuesday Troubles
The Wild Ones had the HSG of 475 and the HSS of 1,366. The Stu Pin Dous 3 had a 703 for HHG and 1953 for HHS.
Team standings are Stu Pin Dous 3 (Donna Kent, Dolores Sweet, Jeanne Osborn) in first with 50 wins, The Three Aces (Nancy Adams, Babe Troyer, Shirley Elliott) in second with 48 wins, The Queens Trio (Virginia Sanborn, Evelyn Smith, Carolyn McNeill) in third with 46 wins, The Three Dueces (Lila Sweet, Nina Saunders, Sherri Miller) in fourth with 44 wins, and The Wild Ones (Nancy McHone, Carol Phillips, Jenny Liermann) in fifth with 22 wins.
Leaders for the top scores were Liermann with a 220 for HSG and 549 HSS. Osborn had the HHG of 249 and HHS of 686.
Coming up with second high scores were Miller 188 (SG) and 490 (SS), Phillips 246 (HG), and Liermann 648 (HS). In third was Phillips 175 (SG), Osborn (437) SS, Miller (240) HG, and Kent (647) HS.
Osborn, Elliott, Miller, all had a double, while McNeill had two. Phillips had a turkey, Liermann had two, as well as six in a row.
Lila Sweet picked up a 3-10 split; McHone got a 3-10; Dolores Sweet got a 3-10 and a 5-6, and Smith got a 5-9-10.
