Rachel M. Hogan, 61, passed away Friday, Oct. 23, 2009, at St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way, Wash.

Graveside services will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, at Moravia Cemetery, Bonners Ferry.
