| April 1, 2010 9:00 PM

Boundary County Democrats announced that Keith Allred, Democratic candidate for Governor in Idaho’s upcoming election, will attend a breakfast here on April 9 at the Panhandle Restaurant at 8 a.m.

He will be available to listen to and address the concerns of our local citizens.

At the March 4 meeting of the Democratic meeting, Elsie Hollenbeck reported on her attendance at the recent Frank Church dinner and conference, a yearly Democratic event. She reported that the event was well attended and drew Democrats from all parts of Idaho. It was also reported at the meeting that the fundraising dinner and auction held in February was highly successful.

The next meeting of the Boundary County Democratic Party will be held on April 8 (a week later than usual) at Papa Byrd’s at 6 p.m. All Democrats are encouraged to attend.
