Badgers shut out Kellogg

The Badgers made it look easy Tuesday evening, earning 15 runs on a dozen hits to shut out the Kellogg Wildcats, 15-0.

Matt Surrena pitched the entire game, striking out five, walking three and giving up only one hit. At bat, Colton Telford, CJ Erickson and Zach Maas all came in with two, and Alex Lopez, Surrena, Robby Gust, Zack Sack, Matt Holak and Alex Kellogg each had one, Kellogg's a run-in-the-park homer in the third inning.

They didn't fare so well on Saturday, dropping both games of a double header against Lakeland, 8-3 and 22-2.

The Badgers, 2-6 on the season, travel to St. Maries for a double header on Saturday.
