Safeway building project not employing local workers

Upon hearing that Safeway had aquired BTC, I searched and searched for the contractor doing the construction work. 

The day after the official aquisition of the store I went down to the store and found more vehicles from Washington than I've ever seen in our little town.

This lets me know that Safeway Co. doesn't think there is enough talent in our community to accomplish their needs. 

I love our community and believe in keeping my money at home, but I think this family will have to go to Sandpoint to do our monthly shopping.
