The Fry Healthcare Foundation has been at work almost since last year's event ended, and they're seeking sponsors to make this year's 2010 Festival of Trees, “A Victorian Christmas,” another huge success.

Over the years, the Festival of Trees has been the foundation's prime fundraiser to purchase much-needed medical equipment at Boundary Community Hospital, but this year, instead of purchasing one or two big items, proceeds will be distributed to several projects underway in various departments.

There are many ways to contribute, from the $1,250 Platinum sponsorship, which offers premier seating at an elegant table for eight guests at the gala event, four tickets to the family night activities, a half-page recognition in the festival program along with a sign in a distinguished area during the event, to $50 event sponsorships, such as the senior social, community night, family night, jewel quest, Santa's visit, Fry's Country Store or the Santa's childrens workshop.

This year's Fry Foundation Festival of Trees will take place at the Fairgrounds December 9-11, and organizers look forward to working with businesses and organizations throughout the community to carry on the tradition.

“We very much appreciate your support and realize we would not enjoy the success we've had without your help,” said Foundation Events Coordinator Abby Dinning in a recent letter that was sent to potential sponsors.

To become a corporate sponsor, call (208) 267-3141, extension 314, or email fry@bcchmail.org. If you'd just like to make a contribution to this year's event, you can mail it to the Fry Healthcare Foundation, PO Box 225, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805.
