A 49-year old New Brunswick, Canada, woman suffered a broken leg and other non-life threatening injuries Tuesday afternoon after she rammed the Vulcan motorcycle she was driving into the back of a pickup in the middle of the Moyie River Bridge.

According to Sheriffs Chief Deputy Rich Stephens, Kimberly Days, Nauwigewauk, New Brunswick, and her husband, riding his own motorcycle, were riding east on Highway 2 behind a 1990 Toyota pickup driven by Karl Friederich, Moyie Springs, when mechanical problems forced him to slow.

Day apparently wasn't able to react in time, hitting the back right bumper of the pickup.

She was transported to Boundary Community Hospital for treatment.
