Gavin James Hale

A son was born on December 3, 2009 to Ian and Joy Hale of Bonners Ferry delivered by midwife Sherry Bushnell at a birth center in Libby, Mont.

Gavin James Hale weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and measured 18 inches.

He joins siblings Thane and Jade.

Grandparents are Alan and Julie Hale of Normandy, Tenn., and James and Jerri Unruh of Bonners Ferry.

Great-grandparents are James and Genevieve Scheiman of Florida, Melvin and Alice Lord-Unruh  of Washington.

Great-great grandmother is Lily Card of England.
