Roady's outdoor column, insightful interesting

I wonder if the community has noticed the quality of journalism that is coming forth weekly from Laura Roady in the Outdoor Column.
I would like to commend her for the effort.
I spent 22 years in the woods as a timber faller and have always been interested in nature, studying woods lore since I was a child.
I thought I knew a few things. Laura consistently comes up with relevant topics which she thoroughly studies out and presents in an interesting way. I have read far inferior material in national outdoor magazines and syndicated columns.
She is not a “chicken soup” type of writer and we are all learning from this column and appreciate it.
Editor’s note: We at the Herald agree with Mr. Hanes’ opinion. Her photographs also are a delight.
